Form-Fillable D&D 4e Character Sheet

While searching the internet for a form-fillable D&D 4e character sheet, I could not find one that I liked. They either did not have all the fields or had issues with saving or just did not fit the style I liked.

So I decided to create my own.

Obviously this is the official character sheet from Wizards of the Coast so I do not claim any ownership to the underlying design. My contribution is to make it form fillable for easy use.

Here are a few of the features…

• Every element is a field including the often missed conditional modifiers areas

• Powers, Magic Items, Equipment, and Rituals include a field to record the reference page number for that feature for easy referral during the game

• The character description boxes are setup as free-form text boxes so you can insert whatever values you want

• The tab order is setup to logically group the fields based on when they are used during character creation

• Attack bonuses are calculated fields

  • I considered calculating other fields, but discovered some situations where this might not be ideal so I left them alone

**To save a PDF copy of the completed form without the fields, print the file and select the printer “Microsoft Print to PDF”. Printing to “Adobe PDF” will not work.
